About Us Legacy is a collaboration by mother/daughter team Audrey Wright and Stephanie Wright. Audrey owned and operated her own quilt shop Quilt Company in Andover, KS for 5 years. During that time she designed and marketed her patterns under the name Mountain Dreams. Stephanie began working in Quilt Company when she was 12 years old. There she learned the ins and outs of the quilting industry. In 2004, she began her own pattern design company called Leland Designs. She recently finished her bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Wichita State University. Audrey and Stephanie decided to combine both their pattern companies into one (formally Mountain Dreams and Leland Designs). Legacy Patterns was then born. We hope that you enjoy our designs and we look foward to creating new ones in the future!
